Job Title: Part-Time Office Clerk / Receptionist
Schedule: Part-Time – 3 Days per Week (possibly more)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist customers with questions or issues
- Take payments accurately (cash, check, and/or electronic)
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, data entry, and basic reporting
- Assist with general office organization and administrative support
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for payment processing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous office or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
